Oh this was timely! I’ve been feeling so restless lately. I absolutely love how at the end you make the distinction between knowing it’s time to quit in your heart vs fear & doubt led decisions. So on point! Thank you😻

Thank you for this reminder Victoria! It is easy to get caught in the comparison wheel. I need to pay attention to that on an almost daily basis or otherwise I would go down a rabbit hole for sure❤️

You're welcome Maureen! With social media, it's so easy to get hooked into thinking we're not enough or we're not doing enough. I took a class last year that was focused on getting creative projects done, and one of the suggestions was to unfollow anyone that triggered a lack of confidence or self doubt in us. I found this really helpful.

Thank you! I definitely needed this reminder. I often get caught up in the future I am building towards, frustrated with the dissonance between then and now. But there are so many things going on outside of my own bubble that is leading towards this future. On to "the next right thing!" 💚

I'm glad this resonated. Yes, it was my mom that used to remind me to stay in the day and do the next right thing. This came from her years of sobriety in AA. It's been a guided light ever since.

Thanks so much for the article. I always appreciate the reminders. Even though I recognize all that you have posted here, I don't always do or even believe all of it at the time needed. So, this is right on time.

Thanks Melissa. I find reminders helpful myself because it can be so easy to slip into old ways of seeing and being even when we know better!
